Securities Investigations
Investigation Intelligence
One profile per company under a firm investigation: the announcing firms, what prompted it, the market reaction, and the record behind each statement. Pick a company from the list; the morning briefing links here by name.
Enforcement
SEC Movements
Litigation releases and administrative proceedings published by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the past 14 days, one profile per release, with the Commission's own description of the matter where it has been collected. Every line links to the release on sec.gov.
The Litigation Record
New Complaint Filings
Every newly filed federal securities matter in the monitoring window, sorted into five action categories: securities class action, securities individual action, derivative action, SEC enforcement action, and other securities matter, each with its statutory basis in short form (Securities Act sections as § 77, Exchange Act sections as § 78). Where the docket does not yet state the sections, the basis is marked presumed. Use the filters to narrow the list. Case numbers link to the full docket. Lead-plaintiff dates are estimates until the published notice is confirmed — always verify the notice date.

Since the PSLRA
Federal securities class actions filed since the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act took effect on 12/22/95. Filing counts by year are entered from the public Cornerstone Research and NERA year-end reports; the docket column is what Babel has pulled into its own data layer so far from the public RECAP archive (newest first, growing nightly; 1990s coverage is partial there).
